Who we are

Next Line (Interior Shade Solution) designs, manufactures and fits interior shading systems in Cyprus.

What data we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site. We do not buy your details and we do not receive them from third parties.

• Enquiry form: your name and phone number (required), and optionally your email, area, the type of shading you are interested in, and your message.
• Newsletter form: your email address only.
• Technical data generated automatically as you browse, such as your IP address, held by the hosting provider for security and operational reasons.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a measurement — on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To send updates, if you subscribe to the newsletter — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• For the security and correct operation of the site — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as the conversation requires and, if the work goes ahead, for as long as our tax and accounting obligations demand. If an enquiry does not become a project, the details are deleted as soon as there is no longer a need to keep them for that purpose. A newsletter subscription is kept until you ask to be removed.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your data. We share it only with providers who serve us technically and are contractually bound to process it solely on our behalf — the site's hosting provider and the email delivery provider. We may disclose it where the law or a competent authority requires.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Cypriot law, you have the rights below. To exercise them, write to us at next_line_interiors@icloud.com — we respond within one month.

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and embeds no analytics tools. If that changes, you will be informed and your consent will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.

Security

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The contact details you send are forwarded to the company's email address and are not written to server logs.

Complaints

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
